As a courtesy to our therapist and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment we require 48 hours notice for treatments booked over 2 hours. Missed appointments shall now incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatments cost, the cancellation fee will be shown on your next bill. Thanks for understanding
